How do I start?
The easiest way is to just turn up, pay for the session and train to see whether you like it. Alternatively you can always come in to see us and have a chat. This is best done either before or after a session or even on an arranged time on a Sunday when we have more free time.
I'm a bit nervous of what to expect.
Its natural to be nervous your first time, but the Bulldog Academy operates a no ego policy. This means everyone within the Academy helps everybody else around them and will go to the level of the student when training.
You will find the team welcoming and will get you straight in whilst making sure your safe.
No one gets "beat up" or "picked upon" because your new. WE ARE ALL THERE TO LEARN.
